Today has been a wonderful day!  I went to the park and visited with a wonderful family.  Their kids used to be in my class and their daughter that wasn't is my class is a favorite, so it was quite a treat for me today.  It really lifted my spirits to be around them.  We laughed a lot and it just made me feel so happy.  Thank you Johnsons!!!  I've been doing well lately, but it's hard to be happy all the time.  I appreciate fun times like today.  They make all the less lovely parts more bearable.

My next chemo is coming up on Tuesday, July 19th.  I have a week to feel good and I'm going to appreciate every one of those days.  Lately I've been working on a lot of school projects.  We're getting things done early for school to help out later if I don't feel well.  Today I went into work and moved some desks around.  My wonderful custodian finished my room early so I could get started if I wanted to.  It's acts of kindness like that one that make me want to cry sometimes.  I really appreciate how sweet everyone is.  It makes being bald and all the negatives of cancer better.  Thanks Holly!

That's all the news I have to share for now.  I'm just doing well and thought I'd tell everyone that I'm doing okay.  I feel good and healthy and strong so yahoo!!!
