The doctor scheduled dad for his next surgery.  The date could change like it did last time, but for now it's scheduled on December 13, 2011.  The doctor was really excited that dad was up and walking around and he was happy with his progress.  Yay for the good news!  Now we just have to pray that the surgery goes well.  It's still very risky....unfortunately. 

The hunt continues for me.  Today I had a doctor appointment (nothing serious) so I took the day off.  My sister-in-law Saroya and I went with our realtor, who is very patient by the way, to see a whole lot of houses.  Most of them were small and some were pretty scary. 

House hunting was fun even though I was sick.  I woke up today with a nasty headache and it's never gone away.  I still have it.  The combination of having a headache, not eating breakfast, and feeling yucky from the medicine my doctor gave to me today......I was a mess!!!!  The realtor even had to pull over when we were driving around so that I could get out and throw up.  How embarrasing!  So, that was my first day of house hunting.  I learned a lot today.  I discovered that the ones I liked in the pictures were very deceiving.  I didn't like them.  I learned that the pictures of the houses look way better than the real ones.   I also learned to trust your realtor....when they say this isn't a good area.....run!  Not that anything scary happened, but I'm glad he knows stuff like that.  Tomorrow the hunt continues...............
